For the past 13 years, working part-time and entirely on his own, Tigran Gichunts has been transforming his one acre into an extraordinary stone environment that resembles a palace. He personally designed and built the stone structures, fountains, walls, pathways, sculptures, fireplaces, and many other intricate elements.
